McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior leader to advise clients through the full capital value chain, from design and engineering to commissioning. The role includes guiding teams on new technology adoption, governance, and process improvements to boost capital returns.

Based in a North America office, you will join McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line, collaborating with global teams to drive value across the capital lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact.
• Significant construction experience with an EPC.
• Experience working on large-sized projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients through the full capital value chain from design & engineering to commissioning.
• Provide expertise to teams implementing new technology, establishing project governance, creating processes, and improving capital project returns.
• Based in a North America office as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.
• Work with capital excellence offerings to identify opportunities and optimize value across the capital value chain.
