McKinsey & Company seeks a Capital Excellence expert to advise clients across the full value chain for capital projects. The role is based in a North America office and involves guiding governance, processes, and technology implementations to optimize capital returns.

You will work within McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line, contributing to a rapidly growing practice and collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to drive high-impact outcomes for clients.

Qualificações

• Undergrad degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact.
• Significant construction experience with an EPC.
• Experience working on large-sized projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a subject matter expert in capital projects, advising clients through the full capital value chain including design, engineering, contracting, procurement, project execution, and commissioning.
• Provide guidance to teams implementing new technology, establishing governance, creating processes, and improving capital project returns.
• Based in one of our North America offices as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.
• Capital Excellence helps clients solve complex problems by blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Capital Excellence is a growing service line with deep expertise in capital allocation, portfolio optimization, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up.
