Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5+ years of design experience, particularly in water and wastewater projects.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual capital improvement plans.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulations.
