Job summary

You will develop and implement advanced processes and technologies, coordinate with management, contractors, and vendors, and produce SOPs, qualification reports, and capital justifications to ensure robust, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years related experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel to manufacturing areas and customer/vendor facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital projects from planning through validation.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art processes, equipment, and facility technologies.
• Execute engineering projects addressing major company initiatives and key outputs.
• Write SOPs, installation and qualification protocols, reports, and capital justification docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors/vendors.
• Perform problem solving and continuous improvement activities with proper change control.
