Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities and sites as needed.
• Experience working in a Lean/6S environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital projects from concept through validation, ensuring robust outcomes.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art processes, equipment, and facility technologies.
• Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvements and best practices in engineering.
• Interface with external contractors, vendors, and design firms as needed.
• Prepare and review SOPs, installation and qualification protocols, and capital justification reports.
• Provide project management support and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
