Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery within the Georgetown University partnership to steer a portfolio of capital utility projects across campus infrastructure, from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget discipline.

You will lead project managers and coordinators, collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance, manage risk and forecasting, and report progress to executive leadership, with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of capital utility/infrastructure project delivery experience with leadership of project teams or 10+ years with high school diploma.
• Hybrid work eligibility; 5% domestic travel.
• PMP certification preferred; experience in P3 or long-term concession environments desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital utility projects aligned with ENGIE and university plans.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Provide portfolio forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Act as project sponsor for key initiatives and guide delivery teams.
• Collaborate during planning for constructability and budgeting.
