Job summary

Lilly is seeking a senior capital project leader to direct large-scale asset programs, including brownfield/greenfield initiatives, from front-end planning through commissioning. You will coordinate with regional teams, drive safety and quality, and manage complex contractor interfaces on a global stage.

The role requires 10+ years in capital project delivery in manufacturing, strong leadership, and willingness to relocate to Houston with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities (preferably leading projects >$100MM).
• Experience managing greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital asset programs (>$500MM) with safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Communicate with GFD leadership, project teams, governance, and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage scope.
• Ensure disciplined project management in line with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans across projects.
