Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field.
• 15+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading greenfield projects preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large capital asset programs (>$1BN) from planning to qualification.
• Coordinate with Lilly and external partners to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop safety/environment plans and oversee execution from design through commissioning.
