Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, Inc., seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for its Bloomsburg, PA site. You will lead a highly automated manufacturing engineering team, shaping a multi-year technical roadmap and capital strategy to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will oversee a $20 million annual capex portfolio, guide external partners, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver business results.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading capital projects and delivering technical improvements in manufacturing.
• Experience communicating a technical vision to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PE, CMRP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year engineering, automation, infrastructure and capex strategy.
• Manage annual capital portfolio up to $20 million with planning and closeout.
• Lead capital projects from concept through installation, start-up and handoff.
• Provide technical direction to engineering resources and teams.
• Prioritize safety, quality, reliability, capacity, and cost improvements.
• Partner across Operations, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.
• Select and manage engineering firms, equipment vendors, and contractors.
• Establish standards, specifications and long-range asset strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and high-risk activities.
• Mentor maintenance and reliability teams to build capability.
