Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years managing large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating capital projects, HVAC, equipment installs, and budgets.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and work across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major capital projects from inception to completion with cross-site teams.
• Develop plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors and plant teams.
