Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent
• 7+ years in major capital project experience
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Category management for engineering, construction, automation, and capital equipment
• Lead sourcing strategies, due diligence, RFP oversight, and contract negotiation
• Negotiate contracts to minimize cost and risk while meeting project goals
• Collaborate with clients to qualify suppliers, manage relationships, and assess risk
• Source for major capital projects (>$100MM) at Lilly sites
• Lead procurement for mega projects with high complexity and risk
• Assemble procurement strategy to meet business objectives
• Oversee supplier relationship management and performance
• Identify and implement annual cost/risk reduction opportunities of $10M+
