Responsibilities

• Review and validate capital invoices, supporting documentation, contract compliance and payment packages.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize payment workflows.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Contribute to developing payment policies and procedures.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Innovate and implement process improvements in capital payment systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
