Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Offer Development Analyst for the US Orthopedics capital channel, based in one of multiple US locations including Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.

The role develops capital technology offers, coordinates with Field Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver compliant, customer-focused contracts while protecting margins and improving processes. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contract management or pricing are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• A concentration in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or another related field required.
• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience performing or assisting in complex and comprehensive analytics is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-analytical partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of detailed offers leveraging product expertise and price matrices.
• Act as a key driver of the capital offer development process, developing implementation strategies and providing input to risks.
• Develop rigorous, error-proof offers and analysis with high attention to detail.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with SOX 404 Requirements.
• Coach / mentor Quoting Analysts to strengthen their skillset.
