QTS Data Centers seeks an Analyst or Senior Associate in Capital Markets to drive liquidity forecasting, financing strategies, and capital market activities. You will engage with executives and Blackstone, supporting rapid growth within a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in corporate finance or capital markets, strong modeling, and experience with financing transactions. The role partners with senior leaders to optimize capital structure and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking or capital markets at a top-tier institution or equivalent in-house role.
• Experience executing financing transactions such as credit facilities, mortgage-secured loans and securitization.
• Advanced financial modeling including integrated financial statements from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Support VP, Capital Markets in financing and liquidity activities and contribute to long-term financial strategy.
• Provide analytical support for financing transactions and liquidity management through modeling and investor materials.
• Manage transaction processes with bankers, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
• Build underwriting, financing and liquidity models for complex structures.
• Collaborate with senior management and Blackstone on capital raising.
• Support due diligence for lending relationships and investor relations.
