Job summary

Calibrant Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for capital equipment across energy infrastructure projects. You will manage supplier engagement, sourcing, negotiations, PO execution, and supplier relationship management to align with project pipelines.

The role requires leadership across Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers, ensuring equipment availability and procurement commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience procuring capital equipment for energy/infrastructure projects.
• Experience negotiating with OEMs/manufacturers.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for major capital equipment (transformers, switchgear, inverters, solar modules, RMUs).
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selections with Head of Supply Chain.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, warranties, and contract amendments.
• Issue and track POs; manage supplier commitments and schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance against cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and project teams to align procurement with economics and timelines.
