Job summary

Calibrant Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to design and execute procurement strategies for capital equipment across battery energy storage systems, solar, and related electrical infrastructure. You will manage the full sourcing lifecycle from supplier engagement through purchase orders, aligning with project pipelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Development, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to optimize availability, risk, and cost, while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or capital equipment procurement.
• Experience procuring capital equipment for renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytics skills.
• Experience with ERP, procurement and inventory systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, legal, finance, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for major capital equipment.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier comparisons, and commercial analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, terms, warranties, and contract amendments.
• Issue, manage, and track purchase orders and supplier commitments.
• Maintain alignment between project forecasts and supplier capacity.
• Manage procurement dashboards and supplier performance tracking.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align procurement with project economics.
