Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, is seeking a Capital Accounts Manager in our Sales & Business Development team. You will identify, develop, and close industrial water and wastewater treatment opportunities, leveraging Xylem Light Industries technologies for Pharma, Microelectronics, Data Centers, Beverage and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Working with limited supervision and reporting to the Director of Capital Sales and Business Development, you will build a strong

Qualifications

BS degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
7+ years in industrial water treatment, engineered systems, or related technical sales.
Track record closing capital projects $500k+.
General understanding of commercial terms and project risk.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Achieve order booking, revenue, and profitability objectives for water treatment opportunities.
Maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate CRM forecasts.
Prospect territory through direct engagement, events, and networking to grow customers.
Build relationships with executives and engineering leaders to influence specifications.
Collaborate across internal teams to develop solutions and secure orders.
