Job summary

Materion Corporation seeks a Senior Manufacturing Project Manager focused on CapEx and program leadership. The role drives strategic capital projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes across manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in engineering project roles, PE or PMP credentials, and strong CAD/PM tool experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams through design, procurement, installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE license or PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience with hands-on project work in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital expenditure planning, prioritization, and business case development.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of capital projects from concept to commissioning.
• Provide capex budgeting, tracking, and reporting to senior/plant teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups (operations, finance, procurement, EHS, external firms).
• Apply project management methodologies and tools to manage risks and status updates.
