Job summary

Materion is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Project Manager (Facilities and Infrastructure) in Elmore, OH. You will lead CapEx projects across the full lifecycle—concept, design, procurement, installation and commissioning—ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience managing capital expenditure projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor early career project managers to build high-performance teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of CapEx projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop and manage business cases, budgets, and approvals (AFE).
• Coordinate with operations, finance, procurement, and external contractors.
• Monitor KPIs and report project status to senior management.
