Metcut Research Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sr Capacity Scheduler & Production Planner to lead production planning and scheduling.

The role requires coordinating between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Testing to ensure on-time delivery and optimized capacity across locations. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in load balancing, lead-time management, and continuous improvement within highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of progressive production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• 10+ years in aerospace, defense, aviation, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience coordinating production activities involving CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, inspection, and outside processing operations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and optimizing capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery and production objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules based on demand, material availability, labor, and capacity.
• Monitor lead times and drive improvements for schedule accuracy and responsiveness.
• Conduct daily production reviews to identify bottlenecks, shortages, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to balance workloads and improve throughput.
