This high-visibility role partners with Resource Management and Learning & Development to forecast needs, model scenarios, and provide strategic staffing insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of experience in strategic planning, capacity planning, resource planning, or workforce management.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting complex data.
• Experience in statistical analysis and forecasting to support demand planning or capacity models.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data visualization tools; experience with SQL, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capacity plan and forecasting model for Supervision resources.
• Perform scenario-based planning and modeling to forecast future needs and influence scheduling and resourcing plans.
• Lead the collection, modeling, and interpretation of complex data to support resourcing recommendations.
• Analyze data to support decisions on future skills needs and resource allocation.
• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify training investments and workforce development.
• Lead cross-functional District and System-level projects on resource planning and learning initiatives.
• Produce reports to monitor resource availability and program effectiveness.
