Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, economics, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience 8+ years in data analysis, financial forecasting or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for business effectiveness monitoring, reporting and testing.
• Leads collection, modeling and analysis of data to identify trends.
• Supports decisions on operations and workforce planning through data analysis.
• Develops forecasts, insights and strategic plans based on data and processes.
• Improves analytical architecture, policies and practices; explores new methods.
• Provides financial reports, tools and models detailing expenses and forecasts.
• Leads team programs addressing business issues with cross-functional partners.
• Delivers reports and analyses based on business needs and available data elements.
