You will collect and model data, develop forecasts, provide analytical guidance for group operations, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure accurate financial and workforce planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience in data analysis, financial forecasting, or workforce planning.
• Experience collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting complex data to drive decisions.
• Strong ability to present to and consult with all levels of the organization.
