Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end network capacity initiatives, focusing on the physical flow of goods and services.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance to drive process improvements and scalable automation in logistics and capacity planning. The role emphasizes sales & operations planning, network design, and data-driven optimization to enhance customer experiences and efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazon's various business units.
• Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, or logistics operations.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
• Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve shared network capacity goals.
• Manage cross-functional network capacity initiatives with lean principles at scale.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to network capacity and project delivery.
• Identify and deliver operational improvements in inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization.
• Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics for smooth flow of goods.
