Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex supply chain initiatives with considerable impact.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for complex supply chain challenges in our fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, writing strategic narratives and communicating across diverse functions.
• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that balance speed, cost, and service performance.
• Mitigate long-term risks and make strategic trade-offs between short and long-term needs.
• Drive process improvements that impact long-term organizational goals across programs and potentially multiple countries.
• Lead supply chain modeling and design projects from concept through implementation and scaling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to optimize supply chain performance.
• Manage forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning to support rapid business growth.
• Develop new processes and mechanisms for the organization while driving operational excellence.
• Navigate and resolve contentious issues across stakeholder teams, building consensus and influencing without authority.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
• Negotiate complex agreements and manage supplier relationships to reduce risk and optimize performance.
