Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage capacity and inventory planning within Campbell's North America. Drive two-year horizon production plans, assess capacity constraints, and influence sourcing decisions to improve service levels.

You will work to optimize safety stock, coordinate with plants, and support the Demand Driven Supply Network strategy. Strong SAP planning knowledge and 2+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP planning tools APO and PPDS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capacity and inventory planning management.
• Run scenarios to optimize inventory while maintaining customer service levels.
• Coordinate weekly capacity planning activities and manage key master data inputs (rates, calendars, sourcing, production cycles).
• Collaborate with plant to optimize crewing and sourcing strategies to maximize service and minimize inventory.
