Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead to shape how Corporate Accounting and Operations run. You will partner with the CAO’s chief of staff and leadership to turn ideas into action, influence planning, and drive efficiency and confidence across the organization.

You will build strong relationships within Finance and cross‑functional teams, lead the daily operations—budget planning, reviews, meetings, and executive updates—and help strengthen culture, collaboration, and momentum at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Strategy & Operations, PMO, or related field.
• Experience with large-scale cross-functional programs and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the CAO and direct staff.
• Support decision-making with clear insights and structure.
• Lead org design efforts, defining roles and improving alignment.
• Plan and execute key initiatives across CAO and finance.
• Strengthen culture, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Track goals, metrics, and surface risks with solutions.
