Job summary

Dexian seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Camunda BPM and workflow automation to design, build, and support cloud-native solutions.

You will work with product owners, architects, and engineers to implement BPMN workflows, REST APIs, and scalable services that modernize Workplace Investing operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on Java development, DevOps practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing and developing workflow solutions using Camunda.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow orchestration, process lifecycle management, and automation principles.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support workflow automation solutions using Camunda and Java-based technologies.
• Create and maintain BPMN workflows, process orchestrations, business rules, and workflow integrations.
• Partner with business analysts, product owners, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services that integrate with enterprise applications and workflow platforms.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
