Job summary

Incedo is seeking a seasoned Camunda Lead / Architect to design and implement large-scale BPM solutions for financial services. The role requires 10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years hands-on Camunda (7/8), in cloud-native environments, with focus on account opening and advisor applications.

You will lead architecture governance, define SAD/SDD, review designs, and mentor global delivery teams while ensuring security, compliance, and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Camunda experience (7/8).
• 8+ years with .Net/Java/Python in enterprise-scale apps.
• Strong financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Secure, regulated environment design expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture governance for BPM-driven cloud apps.
• Design scalable Camunda BPMN workflows for account opening and advisor onboarding.
• Implement orchestration logic, service integrations, and DMN decisions.
• Provide architecture governance, reviews, and mentor global delivery teams.
• Interface with client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
