Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join EY’s US Service Delivery Center. You will lead design, build/configuration, testing, delivery and support of technology solutions for Financial Services clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze business needs, model workflows, and drive automation using Camunda, BPMN 2.0 and DMN while collaborating with diverse teams and managing shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years enterprise software development with at least 3 years Camunda implementation.
• Strong experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and process orchestration.
• Experience designing Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow automation.
• Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containers, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for workflow automation solutions.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable workflow automation across project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate processes into executable solutions.
• Provide recommendations on process optimization and modernization.
