SmithGroup's Atlanta office seeks a Senior Campus Planner to lead our Campus Planning Studio. You will guide interdisciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and drive outcomes for higher education campuses.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning or equivalent.
15+ years of related AE/ campus planning experience preferred.
Registration or licensure in relevant field.
Proven track record of winning campus planning work with higher education clients.
Sustainability credentials and commitment to certification.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and client-satisfaction focus.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets, deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide team leadership, management and strategy for campus planning growth.
Lead interdisciplinary campus planning teams as Team Lead or Project Manager.
Meet with clients and stakeholders to share findings and recommendations.
Oversee production of presentations, plan reports and deliverables.
Identify target clients and support business development efforts.
Maintain relationships with past and current clients and pursue new opportunities.
Provide marketing leadership across project phases and pursuits.
Represent SmithGroup at conferences and industry events.
