The ideal candidate has 15+ years with AE experience, licensure, and proven success with higher education clients. Expect regional/national travel 25-30%, a hybrid work model, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years related experience preferred in AE industry.
• Registration or licensure in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and strategy for Campus Planning Studio growth.
• Lead interdisciplinary campus planning teams and manage projects.
• Communicate findings to campus stakeholders in public meetings.
• Produce project presentations, reports and deliverables with integrated outcomes.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
