Job summary

Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Campus Infrastructure Senior Manager. The Senior Manager oversees planning, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout activities, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, construction management, engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressively responsible experience in design and construction management, capital project delivery, facilities planning, deferred maintenance, or related fields; HE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement, renovation, infrastructure, and deferred maintenance projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction administration, occupancy, and closeout activities.
• Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Review documents for quality, code compliance, and university standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement documents, and funding requests.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk during delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications across project phases.
• Support long-range campus planning and infrastructure renewal initiatives.
• Provide reports and executive briefings as needed.
• Supervise Campus Infrastructure Coordinator and staff; mentor and develop team.
