Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Stakeholder Management.
• 7+ years building expertise within the general space.
• Strong critical thinking and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coach newer manager teammates through their first messy general project.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge.
• Field curveballs from Corona clients without losing the thread.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Corona, CA operation.
• Keep Coaching documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes.
