Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of project management in an Advertising Agency.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex website development projects and content migrations.
• Proven track record of omni-channel campaign launches and content initiatives.
• Deep understanding of CX & CRM development lifecycle, content strategy, and SEO.
• Strong client management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an agency environment or similar collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage campaign launches, digital development projects, and content initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation; own timelines.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; break down tasks into sprints.
• Identify roadblocks and optimize workflows to stay on time and budget.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with regular updates and meetings.
• Oversee QA during website development and content creation; enforce quality standards.
• Develop and manage content calendars; ensure SEO-optimized content and governance.
