Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of agency account management or corporate marketing experience translating strategy into tactical plans.
• Experience with multi-market marketing across franchise or distributed models.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and align objectives with campaign execution.
• Develop and translate strategic marketing objectives into detailed plans with audiences and channels.
• Lead complex campaign execution with internal and external teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations to grow client outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold Moroch's values in client work.
