Job summary

Moroch in Sacramento is seeking a seasoned Account Director to serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, translating business goals into integrated marketing plans and leading campaigns from concept to delivery.

You'll collaborate with strategy, creative, media, analytics, production, and project management to ensure on-time, on-budget execution, while growing accounts and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in account management or related client-facing roles.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing programs.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder approvals.
• Strong communication, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted client relationships with accountability and business understanding.
• Translate objectives into strategic marketing initiatives and integrated programs.
• Lead campaign execution across strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production.
• Monitor scopes, resources, timelines, and profitability; adjust as needed.
