Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency account management or corporate marketing experience translating strategy into tactical plans.
• Experience coordinating campaign delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Multi-market marketing experience in franchise or distributed models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Relationships and Strategic Communications — serve as primary client contact and align objectives with campaign execution.
• Develop and Execute Tactical Marketing Plans — define audiences, messaging, channels, timing, and success measures.
• Lead Complex Campaign Execution — coordinate internal/external teams, budgets, timelines, and approvals.
• Monitor Performance and Provide Recommendations — analyze results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage Budgets, Workflow, and Delivery Risks — track scope, timelines, budgets, and agency workflows.
• Develop Creative Briefs and Execution Guidance — provide direction for internal teams to meet client goals.
• Mentor and Support Junior Team Members — coach Account Coordinators and AE's.
• Contribute to Account Growth and Client Success — identify opportunities to expand services.
