Moroch is seeking a Full Time Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead day-to-day media planning operations and coordinate a planning team. You will guide integrated planning strategy, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-brand media deliverables for clients.

You will mentor junior planners, enhance collaboration with account teams and vendors, and drive performance optimization and innovation across campaigns. A relevant degree and extensive media experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in media planning, marketing, or related field.
• Direct client coordination to translate objectives into media recommendations.
• 7+ years in media planning or integrated media account support with budgeting responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning operations and team coordination across Media Planners and Junior Media Planners to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Guide integrated media planning strategy with leadership to translate objectives into planning direction and channel choices.
• Oversee planning quality by reviewing plans, budgets, flowcharts, and reports for accuracy and alignment.
