Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Project Management, Product Operations, or related functions in fashion/retail.
• Experience with PLM and calendar/Go-to-Market processes.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and communication of seasonal product creation calendar across all categories.
• Ensure milestones and Go-to-Market timelines alignment between Design and Merchandising.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; drive calendar adherence.
• Serve as liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
