Michael Kors is seeking a detail-oriented Project/PM to join our E-Commerce team in New York. You will support the Senior Manager of Digital Content Operations, manage timelines for content, site merchandising, QA, digital marketing, and global web production with a focus on NA and EMEA markets, and help scope projects with clear requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, negotiate timelines for promotions, lead QA with vendors, and ensure on-time asset delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 years of Project/Product Management experience.
• Proficiency with Wrike, JIRA, and Excel is a plus.
• Experience in retail, digital, and e-commerce spaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines for content, site merchandising, QA, digital marketing, email marketing, and global web production teams (NA/EMEA).
• Oversee project management for seasonal site refreshes and digital experiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate asset delivery.
