Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of experience in creative services/brand/project management/production.
• Agency or fashion experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Creative Services operations.
• Attention to detail; ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept through final delivery.
• Bridge gaps between creative departments to ensure on-brief, on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain photoshoot production timelines, workflows, and resource plans.
• Track project metrics, calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with post-production for editing, retouching, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create end-to-end project timelines to enable effective delegation.
• Stay informed on creative trends and emerging technologies.
