Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Commander's Action Group Administrator to support AFLCMC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead suspense tracking, coordinate responses across two-letter directorates, and turn data into senior leader-ready outputs.

This role requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance, with experience in TMT, SharePoint, and NIPRNET/SIPRNET communications, ensuring timely, accurate information delivery to AFLCMC leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate with 10 years DoD experience, or Bachelor's with 12 years DoD, 5 of which in the DoD.
• 5+ years in DoD if Bachelor's; 15 years total experience, 8 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) activities; manning/screening the AFLCMC/CCX workflow.
• Support management of programs and interact with lateral organizations or external agencies as required.
• Support AFLCMC Commander's Action Group (CAG) suspense and tracking team.
• Track suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Review AFLCMC CAG electronic workflow mailbox and coordinate responses with two-letter directorates; assign CAG officers to each TMT task.
