Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group seeks a Senior Commander's Action Group Administrator to support AFLCMC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience with TMT and SharePoint.

You will manage workflows, coordinate with directorates, and prepare senior-leader-ready outputs while handling sensitive information across NIPRNET/SIPRNET networks. Travel is expected up to 10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Security clearance: Secret.
• Education: Master’s/Doctorate with DoD experience or Bachelor’s with DoD experience or 15 years related exp with DoD.
• Experience transforming data into actionable reports for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, inquiries, and Crisis Action Team activities.
• Manage AFLCMC/CCX workflow and CAG electronic mailboxes.
• Track suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT) and coordinate responses.
• Assist in updating the MS SharePoint document library.
• Communicate findings to AFLCMC senior leaders and higher HQs.
