Job summary

Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corp. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a CAD Technician III for heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD and Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of CAD experience.
• SIT Level III+ certification is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and FDOT surveying.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Surveyor and Mapper in applying Land Surveying principles.
• Develop and implement new CAD procedures and practices.
• Perform boundary research, calculations, and analysis.
• Prepare legal descriptions, survey drawings, and plats.
• Provide technical office support and QC of drawings and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and communicate with staff and clients.
