Qualifications

• Two years drafting land surveys with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

• Associate degree in CAD or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare deeds, legal descriptions, survey drawings, and plats.
• Review construction plans and organize files to aid field crews.
• Finalize CAD files and project folders for archiving.
• Process field data and integrate into CAD files; plot at correct scales.
• Perform light office duties as needed; meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
