Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD and Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of CAD experience.
• Certified Survey Technician Certification Level III+ (SIT).
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and FDOT surveying.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Surveyor and Mapper in applying Land Surveying principles.
• Prepare legal descriptions, survey drawings, and plats.
• Perform boundary research, calculation, and analysis.
• Provide technical office support and perform quality control checks.
• Ensure schedules and production objectives are met.
