Charlie Mike Recruiting seeks an experienced Senior CAD Designer specializing in commercial construction to join the team. The role requires a minimum of five years of CAD design experience for construction projects and a strong understanding of commercial systems and processes.

You will create detailed technical drawings, collaborate with project managers, and ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, while supporting construction through issue resolution and documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction documents and specifications.

Mansioni

• Develop accurate CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical plans for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings related to construction systems.
