Charlie Mike Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior CAD Designer for commercial construction projects in the United States. The role focuses on creating precise CAD drawings and technical plans, collaborating with project teams to meet specifications and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of CAD design experience in commercial construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a solid understanding of construction systems, materials, and installation

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the commercial construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction systems, materials, and installation methods.
Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction documents and specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Develop accurate CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical plans for commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings related to construction systems.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software to create detailed designs.
Assist in material take-offs and cost estimations.
Maintain detailed documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Provide support during the construction phase, resolving design issues as needed.
