Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant CAD/design experience.
• Experience working with Indiana DOT and/or DOT agencies in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia.
• Strong problem-solving and technical expertise within the area of specialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce design plans for transportation projects.
• Lead and manage CAD tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Mentor and assist team members to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
